• V.I.P. Rewards Memberships are designed only for individual membership. Each family member is considered "individual" and points may not be combined
  • Employees and other entities such as groups or companies are exempt
  • Points are non-transferable
  • You or your service provider are responsible to activate your membership
  • This program is being administered under the discretion of VIP, Inc. VIP, Inc. has the right to terminate at any time. However, we will provide six month notice to members before termination through e-mail. After that time, points accumulated will be considered "null and void".
  • VIP has the sole discretion to modify program rules at any time with or without notice, add black-out dates or change point value system
  • Minimum of 5,000 accumulated points for redemption
  • Redemption must occur in increments of 5,000 points at a time. Value of points: 5,000 = $5.00
  • When redeeming points, service or retail must be at equal or higher value (no cash will be given)
  • If large amount of points (over 10,000) are accumulated and redeemed at one time, redemption must be made with service provider that majority of points were accrued
  • If large amount of points (over 10,000) are accumulated and redeemed at one redemption but used two service providers to accumulate, points will be split between both providers for discount
  • At this time, VIP has decided to not consider this an annual membership which means points automatically roll over each year
  • This is a complimentary membership provided to our VIP clients who enroll - effective Sept. 18, 2009
  • VIP will send "monthly specials" via e-mail address that you provide to us. VIP monthly e-mail may contain additional ways to earn extra points for that month. Your information will never be sold to anyone and your e-mail address will be protected through our computer security. If you choose not to receive our monthly specials "opt-out" of your e-mail when received.
