Bridal Parties & Special Events

A 50% deposit is required when booking bridal parties and special-event appointments. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks before the event.

Appointment Deposits

A $20 deposit may be required when booking an appointment. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.

Deposits are fully refundable when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be forfeited when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that unexpected situations arise and appointments sometimes need to be changed. To respect the time of our service providers and other guests, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee ranging from $25 to $50, depending on the length of the reserved appointment.

In the event of a no-call/no-show, VIP Salon & Spa may require a deposit to schedule a future appointment. In some circumstances, the next appointment may need to be paid in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Private Guest Parking

VIP Salon & Spa offers a private parking lot for our guests. The lot is located off Grange Road, behind Dr. Cole’s office. Guests using this lot are welcome to enter through the rear entrance of the salon.

Payments & Gratuities

We accept all major credit cards. Gratuities may be provided by credit card, cash or Cash App. An ATM is also conveniently located inside the salon.
